I am having a tough time deciding between U of R and Northeastern. Will be pursuing a Business major.
I am leaning towards Rochester because of it's academic reputation and the rankings of the Simon school of Business. Also liked the campus.
I am only considering Northeastern because of it's co-op program and it's location.
So if you guys could put me out of my misery and help me decide, it would be great.
Also I'd like to ask -
How are the internship opportunities at Rochester ?
Is the business program of Northeastern better than that of Rochester's ?
And is city life overrated ?

Academically, Rochester is stronger.

I wouldn’t say Rochester is better academically just because its ranked high. Average stats of incoming freshman is exactly the same at both of them.

Rochester has very big(separate) campus whereas NEU has extremely small (blended)campus. If you want to do the co-op, go with NEU. If you just want business, Rochester is better.
