I’ve been admitted into both for the class of 2021, and I’d like to go for engineering…
I’m from State College, and so I know Penn State quite well which has its perks, but I feel like it might be too close to home, plus it’s freezing here all the time! I really want to go to USC because I want to fly the coup so to speak, and I guess my question is if I will get a comparable engineering education/opportunities at USC as I would at Schreyer… I just feel like although USC is ranked above Schreyer, Schreyer might have better name recognition? I’m utterly at a loss with this decision… both schools are great options I feel, but Penn State is a much better Engineering school and so another question I have is if I go to USC will I have the same opportunities for grad school as I would at Schreyer? Thanks for your input
