@collegemom111111 we are in the same boat (OOS accepted, waiting on honors notification) and I called the other day. The person I spoke with in CNS dept said the honors decisions could go until end of March, so we may have a bit longer to wait. I hope the 2/15 is correct though!
@dogwood18 Thanks for the info! Hopefully the poster who mentioned 2/15 has an inside scoop of some sort and we won’t be waiting that long. 
absolutely no way that they wait until tomorrow to realease ALL remaining priority decisions… expecting that at least some will roll out tonight.

I don’t think it’s ever promptly at 7 central. Our portal updated sometime between 7:05 and 7:46 when we got the email to log in and look. This was a couple of weeks ago.
Most likely, priority applicants will find out randomly in the night. Status updates will trickle in today and tomorrow. It’s going to be random.
like I know it’s great to be patient and stuff but this Texas app has been the most annoying one I have submitted by far.
