Hi, I am applying to University of Toronto. I'm a science person and not sure to apply to Arts and Science or just science...Also it's a bit confusing as to what school to apply to. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks, Flevy

Do you mean the faculty of arts and science? For some reason uoft has both its science programs and arts programs lumped into one big mega faculty, but this is mainly for admin, there is no shared common curriculum between the various arts and science majors. You still apply to specific arts or science programs within that faculty (eg. physics majors and literature majors may be in the same faculty but neither will be taking similar courses and the departments share pretty much nothing).

Beware of grade inflation, especially if your end goal is medical school. The University of Toronto is the hardest University in Canada.
