Hello , can someone provide me with information about U of T entry requirements for international students, like ielts scores, SATs, weighted gpa, and all that.
In the recent past, I have found the University of Toronto’s website to be very helpful & informative.

The requirements will depend on the program you are applying for. In general, a 3.7 unweighted should be good, as a minimum. The minimum SAT score is 640 in both verbal and math. Engineering, computer science and commerce will generally have higher minima. Minimum IELTS is 6.5 with no band below 6.0.

Pay attention to the high school course requirements for the programs too. U of T requires calculus for quite a few programs. Engineering in particular, has a lot of course requirements.

No! By NO means is the minimum a 3.7 UW GPA for all cases. I would say a 3.7 weighted would actually be around the cut off, if that. The admissions board is looking for B+ to A- averages (weighted or unweighted). So in theory if your getting weighted As you should be fine. You’re at an advantage if your HS weights. Furthermore, you will need to take the SAT w/ writing or ACT w/ writing, and try to get a writing score of at least 8 on the ACT, and like a 6 across the board on SAT. Also, you would have to turn in 2 SAT Subject Test Scores OR 2 AP Exam scores OR a combination of the two. U of T admissions aren’t rocket science, and with a 48% acceptance rate, their minimum GPA is NOT a 3.7 UW. That’s ridiculously high. Again, if your school weights (and does not show unweighted GPA), the minimum would be like a 3.1 UW or something. Hope this helps, good luck.
@MetronoxIZ Minimum requirements vary significantly. For engineering and business a 3.7 UNWEIGHTED GPA would be a minimum with no guarantee of acceptance. The acceptance rates are high because students below the minimum do not bother to apply.
