University of Washington, UC Berkeley, UCLA Chances?

I’m a Junior in highschool and I live in Washington. The UW is my top choice although I would be excited to get into Berkely or UCLA as well. The cost for in-state is more reasonable, and my parents went to the UW.

Here are my statistics;
GPA: 4.0uw (school doesn’t do weighted, would be ~4.5)
Classes: 12 APs (Chem, Calc (AB + BC), Physics (1+2), Bio, Comp Sci, Lang, Lit, US History, Gov Pol, Spanish, Psych,
and Euro) (Senior year included), 7 Honors, 1 U-Dub Class (CHS), 4 years of Spanish, Self-Studied for 2 APs (World + Psych)
ECs: JV Lacrosse (2 years), V Lacrosse (2 years), NHS, Key Club, DECA, FBLA, Spanish Honor Society, and some other tiny ones. No leadership however.
ACT/SAT: 30/1350 - Working to get these up.
Other Info: White, In-state, interested in Engineering or Chemistry

With that GPA, pretty high ACT, and you being a legacy, and course load, UW is a safety. Berkeley and UCLA will be tougher, the OOS is much more competitive, but if you can raise your ACT to a 31 or 32, you have a REALLY good shot for both. Maybe for Senior year, find a place to volunteer at a place that you like (I go to a hospital) but make sure it’s something you’re interested in because volunteering at a place you don’t like is actually h*ll. Good luck
