<p>I'm currently an undergrad sophomore, and I'm looking into living in the Central Oakland university owned apartments for the 2011 Fall Semester in a single. They're located along Atwood and Oakland Ave. Does anyone have any experience with Central Oakland Apartments for:</p>

<li>Safety/Crime</li>
<li>Living Conditions</li>
<li>Local Atmosphere</li>
</ol>

<p>I applied on Sunday the 9th luckily, they’ve already had so many people apply they stopped accepting applications. Hopefully someone has some answers ahah</p>

<p>It’s fine. There’s crime in every city, but I’ve never heard anything bad, and I live in South Oakland. (Senior)</p>
<p>Edit: There’s parties. Lots of parties on Atwood. It’s Loud.</p>
