Which major? It will all depends on how competitive the engineering pool is… it helps that your American as the acceptance rate for international is low

I applied to Engineering undeclared/pre major

@hdog322 comparing to my son last year I think you have a very good chance! My son is engineering but in the earth minerals college. Where are you located?

@hdog322
First I did notice that you did not include Precalc for Junior year, also have you taken English, an art or music? There are history requirements too. Look at the pre requisites for PSU Engineering if for some reason you don’t re Precalc I would call an Admissions rep to discuss- since you are taking AP Calc they may take that into consideration. If they don’t you may want to discuss changing to DUS - I would strongly recommend asking if they will still consider you for EA -additionally I would follow up your conversation with an email verifying your conversation.
Please don’t get stressed over what I just stated - it’s just an attempt to give you the best possible outcome with the limited information I have.
Also your language skills are definitely unique and a strong benefit to your application- as well as your living outside of the country!
Good luck
Again you are a unique US student studying in a foreign country that is a major plus but you may need to discuss the general requirements if you don’t meet their exact list of courses- relax there are many international engineering students in Engineering (probably the highest percentage in the university) so this is something that they make accommodations for. Again good luck

Hi sorry that I wasn’t clear. I have taken some form of english every year but never took any advanced courses so I didn’t think to mention it. I also have 3 years of social studies as well. I also took Precalc in 11th grade. I took a few art and theater electives here and there.

Thanks. I am located in the UAE.
