I was just mentioning that I had an unofficial transcript, therefore, the trick still works this year with the UW system.

I am a current high school senior and applied to both UW Bothell (which I was admitted) and UW Seattle (nervously waiting). I just checked my unofficial transcript option and it brings me to a page that was updated today showing my SAT scores… no transcript though. Is anyone experiencing the same thing?

My daughter can’t seem to log in. It’s not accepting her password. She changed the password on the system, but it still won’t let her get in to check her unofficial transcript thingy.

@LadyArwyn‌ I’d suggest calling the office of admissions and telling them about the issue. It may also just take some time for the new password to be accepted? Not really sure though.

Anyone got anything?

My son applied to both Bothell and seattle, Seattle being his first choice. Yesterday on his my UW page it just showed Bothell links on the right hand side, he was already accepted there last month. Today it has a box with links for the Seattle campus, good sign?

My daughter’s page now specifies Seattle–I don’t think it did before. I sure hope that’s a good sign. Really don’t want to wait much longer!

@raindawg‌ where does it specify seattle? My transcript still only says tacoma so I’n starting to worry

I was mistaken, her MyUW has always specified Seattle. Each of the Menu Boxes on the far right of the Admissions page says “XXX,Seattle” As in, “After Being Admitted, Seattle”

I believe they are holding off until the letters are mailed to upload unofficial transcripts. That’s what seems to be happening.

@rainydawg I just checked and mine has that too but I can’t remember if it always was there or not. i’m hoping I get good news soon!

I am for sure that yesterday it only said bothell. Now it says Seattle and bothell. I took a screen shot yesterday.

What are the links about? @mel1423‌ Are you also talking about the ones that say “after being accepted…”?

I have the box with the links for the Seattle campus, but I’m pretty sure that I’ve always had those. But it also could’ve been because I only applied to the Seattle campus in the UW system.

I’m certainly not saying this means anything. I’m talking about the boxes that say resources, and then the next box says after being admitted. Yesterday it only had the boxes for bothell, now it has both, however, when I hit on the unofficial transcript it still only says bothell so who knows?

@mel1423‌ if after you click unofficial transcript in those boxes and it shows seattle then youre in because i have had the after being admitted to uw seattle for awhile now i believe

  1. Log into myuw
  2. Admissions on the left side
  3. Unofficial Transcript on the bottom right side
  4. If it shows a transcript that says seattle inside then you are most likely
    accepted and if it does not show up then that means nothing really.
