I have a 3.8 weighted gpa. (it's out of 5.0, freshman year I did worse than the other years.) Despite the low gpa, I go to a very well known and respected public school.

I got a 1990 on my SAT reasoning test, 610 R, 680 M, 700 W.
I am planning on taking the ACTs as well.
AP's: Physics this year, Environmental studies and Stat next year. All honors the rest.

Lead in the play, scenery for plays, diving, lacrosse, track, french club, NHS, babysitting a boy with autism, a capella, dance classes (ballet and jazz), flute lessons, voice lessons

Michigan is a ridiculous reach, and Wisconsin and Rochester look tricky.
I need someone to tell me honestly where I stand though, because half the time I'm telling myself I can get into these schools, the other half I can't.
