I took the SAT in January and got a 2200, with writing at 780, math 770, and reading 650 (and 12 essay score).

I took the ACT in February and got a 31, with writing at 35, math 31, reading 31, and science 25 (and 11 essay score). I had taken the ACT a year ago and got a science at 30... I literally don't know how it went down five points. And when I checked the math discussion as well as research on my own, I thought I got a perfect score on math and at worst maybe minus one... I don't know how that happened either.

So in short, I don't know what to do. My ACT scores were significantly lower than I expected. I'm aiming for the Ivies and everything else about my life is only mediocre (4.0 GPA and stuff, but nothing overly appealing) so I really need good test scores. I was hoping for 34 on the February ACT so I could work it up to a 35 at least. I took the test last year and got a 30, and I even studied since then.

I don't know what to do. Help?
