I’m looking for something that will get me a Bachelors in Social Work/BSW with hopefully less than $20,000 in tuition & fees after financial aid and scholarships. I currently have a 4.0 and am attending Tarrant County College. On the board of a leadership honor society and part of 2 other honors societies (including PTK).
I want to be sure that wherever I go will provide a top-notch education, good opportunity to network, and a decent post-graduation income.
In the future I would like to either get a Masters in Counseling or a Masters in Social Work/MSW. TWU & UNT are joining together to do a joint Masters program but it’s not accredited yet. It is in “Pre-Candidacy,” with no actual guarantee that it will be granted Candidacy, which concerns me. In most other aspects I’d like to go to UNT vs UTA, but obviously these topics weigh heavily in that decision.
