<p>originally i told Harvard that I was playing Varsity Baseball this year (i played last year).. However... we have a new coach this year and well... I didn't show up to practice last week because I had to work on an English video project... and I just found out today that I can't play baseball this year because he already made a roster.
So basically I paid for insurance etc. and I cant get a refund either.</p>

<p>should I notify harvard and let them know what happened?</p>

<p>oh, i dont want to play in college.. if that helps any.</p>

<p>Are you a recruited BB player at the Ivy level? If not, I wouldn't sweat it.</p>

<p>he <em>probably</em> means one of the ever helpful alumni or perhaps the parents of current students, ie byerly or NSmom etc...</p>
