<p>The packets for Admitted students went out on Friday. Deferral letters went out today. </p>

<p>PA definitely has a reciprocal agreement for education certification with NJ. Pa has that agreement with 45 other states too.</p>

<p>Because they sent out acceptances on the 18th and deferrals yesterday or something. I feel a little better though now that i see many others haven’t received a decision.</p>
