Updated and Improved! Currently a High School Junior, Wanna Chance Me? :)

Before I say anything I just want to make sure that I am not boastful or conceited, I am just trying to tell you what kind of a person I am so I can be chanced. I really want to be accepted in an excellent school. I’m a junior in high school, 4.0 un-weighted, not sure of my weighted GPA. Currently taking ap chem, ap histroy, ap english, ap trig, dual credit spanish III, making all As.
My accomplishments/extracurricular activities include: class president, theatre 4 years recommended and selected by numerous teachers to be one of ten, out of the entire junior and senior class, first honors student. It is a program developed by a big regional newspaper to celebrate (I guess) excellent students. Volunteer at retirement home. Member of NHS, one of 20 something selected to be a student leader for a school program that welcome and help freshmen throughout the year.
Chinese immigrant for 4 years (fluent in English and Chinese, currently taken Spanish III) only taken psat once, 50s in English, 60s in math. I understand that I need superior scores to be considered. I am a slow reader and did not take psat seriously as a sophomore. In the past year I have noticed improvements in my reading and writing speed and have been doing practice questions. I am very creative and extroverted, really good at learning new things and have learned many new abilities including acting, singing, dancing, visual arts, etc. I am a sensitive and empathetic person. I understand that in order to be accepted you need to excel at academics and be a unique, diverse person. I really do believe myself to be a unique, aspiring, ambitious girl. I like to think that I have a good personality (cute and likable); I get along really great with most of the faculty and student body. Possible majors for me are criminal psychology and sociology, business, finance, marketing and advertising.
Sorry for some of the poor grammar and capitalization and somewhat frantic effort to dump everything I do onto the webpage, I feel really passionate about my education and future because I do not come from a wealth family. I have never met anyone like me that actually care about being educated and learning and discovering so I really feel like an ivy league is my niche. I have read numerous posts that the admissions have rejected many Asian applicants with perfect sats because they were boring, loving acting and prancing around on stage sets me apart right? I know if the admission people can meet me then I have a much greater chance because I am not really good at expressing myself through words. What are my chances of getting in and what do I need to work on? Feel free to ask questions : ) thanks in advance!

Ivy League + criminology, business, finance, marketing & advertising? Aim for U Penn!

Or U Maryland should be a backup plan.
