<p>Not 100 percent accurate. Schools have not only to have an OFFICIAL ranking system, but also have it officially released before a certain date. In so many words, schools that do rank but only release the ranking a few weeks before the graduation are not in the running. </p>

<p>So that “each” high school in Texas should be “almost all” high schools in Texas.</p>
