<p>UC Riverside has a Guaranteed Admission Program (GAP) for California residents with a 1600+ and some other criteria that I can’t remember.It is not binding, I believe.</p>

I believe that the agreement in Florida is that if you have an AA degree from a Florida CC (which technically don’t exist anymore, since they all became ‘state colleges’ a couple years ago…) you are assured admission into one of the Florida Universities, but not necessarily the university of your choice, just A Florida university.</p>

University of Alaska Anchorage has open-door admissions. Everyone’s probably thinking–whoa? Alaska? But I think it’s an okay school–and tuition is around $15,000 for non-residents, and way cheaper if you are a WUE student.

Tulane University has guaranteed admission for Louisiana applicants provided they meet the following criteria
- Reside in Louisiana and graduate from a Louisiana high school
- Apply EA or SCEA
- Score 28+ on ACT Composite or 1870+ on SAT Combined
- Graduate with a 3.5+ GPA (unweighted, 4.00 scale) in English, foreign language, science, social science, and
