How badly will this affect my chances of gaining fall acceptance?

I am an in-state transfer applicant from HCC.

I took 28 hours this semester and made all A's and one C....

28 hours!?!?! ***!!!???

Is the 3.52 overall or just for the semester? Pretty good chances of still getting either way. :D

3.52 overall. I am graduating with an Associate’s of Science in Earth Science on Saturday.

I anticipated that I would have trouble in my Finite Math course (the one I made a C in) so that’s why I took so many hours…to offset it.

I am applying as an ANTH major to COLA

As long as you have more than 30 hours and above a 3.5, I’d say your chances are okay.

Edit: Have you already applied? I believe the deadline for applications has past.

Yep, but I have to send my updated transcript after this semester.

You should most likely get in, aridnepenthe. I’m hoping I get in too! (I will have either a 3.88 or a 3.77 overall for Biology.)

@Xcellerator - Thank you for the positive feedback Good luck to the both of us!!!

Btw, have you already sent in your 30+ hours?

No I haven’t. Grades aren’t finalized for me until next Monday.
Hopefully you’ll hear soon, though!

I haven’t received mine either, besides the damn.

I am expecting the rest to be A’s though.

I hope we get in!!!
