<p>I would suggest sending a fax instead. My son did that for an update and within a few days he could see on the CMU applicant status website that the fax made it into his file. The fax number is on the admissions website.</p>

<p>Did your application show 'Complete' before that? I think once your application is complete and they have taken it in for review, they don't update the status page that often. You might want to call before resending.</p>
<p>It was complete on 1st February. I sent the letter out on the third week in January. The person in the admissions office was telling me to just keep checking and wait until something along the lines of "General" was posted online.</p>
