<p>I want to update them on some recent awards. Before when I logged into my uchicago account, there was a drop-down menu with a lot of options to do like updating application. But now, all of that is gone... does that mean it's too late? or what? Has this happened to anybody else?</p>
<p>The application materials deadline was February 25th I believe, however if you contact the admissions office they may be able to assist you. Perhaps give that a try? Best of luck!</p>
<p>Damn, I had written down March 1st–it appears I got mixed up with many other colleges’ FA deadlines. I had no idea there was a drop-down menu in the first place, but there isn’t one now. Crap. I am just planning on emailing the address they gave in the deferral notice. (it’s not like I have a lot to add on anyway)</p>
<p>This is embarrassing.</p>
<p>Do you guys think that showing a really intense interest and some growth after being deferred can be a major advantage, even over regular decision students?</p>

<p>After a few emails sent back and forth between the admissions counselor and me, he told me that any updates to your application should be sent to <a href=“mailto:collegeadmissions@uchicago.edu”>collegeadmissions@uchicago.edu</a>. Make sure you add your full name and the name of your high school in the email so they can identify you. In the subject line, I put “Updating Application”… I figured that would be good.</p>
