Updating the TAU after the deadline

Hi, I was wondering if you can update your UC Transfer Academic Update after the deadline, January 31, without repercussion? I'm unsure if updating my planned winter coursework will somehow blacklist my application since the deadline has already passed.

Also, this isn't as relevant to the topic but when I originally filled out my application in November, I stupidly left out a couple of extracurricular activities (i.e. playing piano and guitar for over 10 years each) that may provide more depth to my application; am I pretty much screwed in that regard, or is there a way to update that, as well?

Thanks.

You can update your TAU without any repercussions past the January 31st update, but there’s no guarantee that admissions officers will see anything you’ve changed past the deadline.

Another note, that you can update your winter grades, but they won’t factor into your admission. The UCs only look at your coursework through Fall whether you submit your winter grades or not.

No the TAU isn’t for updating your whole application just in progress or planned coursework that wasn’t available during November. If your first choice isn’t UCLA or Berkeley it won’t factor into your admission decision anyway.
