<p>It seems to me that the distinguishing part of your application would be the Intel project; although, I've no idea what that actually entails. I have a friend who spent a summer doing research for a Penn professor's book, had that professor write him a rec and still didn't get in.</p>

<p>That Intel thing seems to be what stands out, the rest is pretty much typical of a Penn applicant (making you chances the same as the average admission rate ???). Apply early, they accept a much higher percentage then.</p>
