<p>For me both parent and Counselor are downloaded</p>
<p>@wharton it’s on the common app under My Colleges, UPenn, then Assign Recommenders</p>
<p>I know I had a lot of problems filling out my parent agreement, so maybe I didn’t do it properly? I dunno. It probably doesn’t mean that much though.</p>
<p>Ugh now I’m worried that has some correlation with acceptances… Dec 16th can not come soon enough!!!</p>
<p>Hi Roxy481, is the parent form download something new within these couple of days? You replied to my post earlier this week saying your parent ED form had not been downloaded either. Mine still says “submitted”. Wondering if the status has changed for you recently?</p>
<p>The ED agreement and the school report from my counselor say “have not been started.” Everything else says submitted. I’m 100% positive my counselor did everything… i don’t even care anymore.</p>
<p>Is anyone else getting an error for the Applicant Portal page? I’ve tried several different links and bookmarks and can’t get to the login page!</p>

But mine was definitely “submitted” before
Not sure when it changed but now both say Downloaded 10/31
Which is prob the day the received everything because it didn’t say that for ED agreement before</p>

just piggybacking off from college3399, do you happen to know when it changed from submitted to downloaded?</p>

<p>So it probably doesn’t mean anything. And also we have to remember that Common app has been having many problems. This probably means that Common App is just having problems updating and etc.</p>
<p>Especially since my ED agreement submitted date is actually before the assigned date. It’s probably some sort of glitch or something like that.</p>

<p>It’s definitely not related to the admission decision. Mine was downloaded November 2nd, well before decisions could have been made :)</p>

<p>Also now that I think about it, I remember the ED agreement saying downloaded at some point, but it’s changed since then.</p>
<p>They might just be downloading everyone’s now, perhaps in order of app submitted? I had all my stuff in a good 10 days before the deadline</p>

<p>Mine worked in Chrome at first and then it stopped. so who knows why</p>
