<p>Honestly I’m absolutely crushed. I’ve had my eye set on Wharton since 7th grade and it’s an incomprehensible feeling to know that I’ll never go. I thought I’d wake up this morning with some optimism, but honestly I felt worse than I did yesterday. Everyone says that these things happen for the good reason, so I’ll just have to hope for that when I submit my RD apps. </p>
<p>Accepted students - I hope you take advantage of all the things at Penn that I won’t be able to. Deferred students - I can’t say much except wish you all luck. Rejected students - Unlike the accepted ones I can absolutely sympathize with you and I can tell you that you’re all extremely talented. This isn’t the time to say “oh you’ll end up at the university that fits you best” because hey we all thought Penn was our best fit, but this rejection won’t stop us from doing great things in our futures :)</p>

<p>You are positively great. Wharton has been my dream school for a long time, and I got reacted too. I know how you feel, but I encourage you to give your all to your RD applications. Reject the crushing disappointment, because just from the positive words you left all of us, I can tell that great things are going to happen for you. :)</p>
