Their emails that they send after you fill out the Penn FA Supplement states that they’ll send an email once all financial documents have been received and reviewed. I would think that 12 days before decisions would be enough time for them.

Just realized that I didn’t submit (only saved) my PFAS yet didn’t get a reminder from the fin aid office.
Probably a sign of rejection as they don’t need my fin aid info, right?

miidnightlullaby, as an ED applicant I saw dozens of people trying to grasp at any and every indication of a decision before the official notification date. It means nothing. Absolutely nothing. Submit your application and sit back and relax for ten more days. Trust me, you’re not going to find out your decision earlier than that

@bond0072 thank you so much for being so kind It’s very hard not to look for any and all possible indicators to prepare myself for the worst… but you’re absolutely right! Thank you. x

Sorry for coming in late.
I applied to Wharton wanting to major in business and management.
Reach for me.
Already had an interview with them all the way in Seoul, South Korea.

So has anyone gotten an email from the FA office confirming that all documents have been received?

I applied ED, but I received a confirmation email about two weeks after I emailed in the packet with my tax info. I also received a confirmation after sending in the PFAS.

Haven’t received anything since I submitted my application. My Portal isn’t working either.

When I checked mine a few days ago it said only nursing students would be able to log in for the next little while. That might be why yours doesnt work.

It hasn’t worked the entire time. Well not that it didn’t work. It just never showed which documents had been received or not. It always said something along the lines of ‘Thank you for applying. The office of admission will contact you if any forms are missing’, even when I had only submitted the CommonApp.

Only nine days now…

Oh, that’s normal. Mine says that too.

Oh, didn’t know that. I thought it would show what requirements I am missing.

I wish it did. That way, I wouldn’t be wondering where my financial aid confirmation email is. :)

Mine doesn’t mention financial aid at all. Then again I am an international applicant.

book05 …I think it applies to US citizens and permanent residents only.

@Conscience13 Did you get a financial aid confirmation email by any chance?

nope…I did not…and I am an international applicant.

So is the financial aid office not serving RD applicants? Are they not sending out emails to confirm that all financial aid documents have been received?

No idea. But try to relax. Only 9 days left and there’s not much you can do at the moment.
