You don’t need to say “bump” after you post a reply or right after someone posts a comment. Your thread is already bumped to the top.
What exactly are you looking to hear? No one can assess your chances with any reliability. We don’t know how your essays will turn out. By your own admission, your counselor rec will be average and that is a problem for the elite schools. You say you are in the top ten percent, but it makes a BIG difference where you are in that range and admissions officers will make a judgement call on where you stand based upon their knowledge of your school or the information in your school profile.
As I said before, you are competitive. Your 2400 is great but top schools are becoming less and less impressed by high scores as more and more kids begin to prep for these exams at an early age (some even start in sixth and seventh grade) and make use of expensive one-on-one tutoring services. So, make sure you continue to strive to be the kind of person that has the character, leadership qualities and intellectual curiosity that schools like Penn are looking for.
