I think you’ll get it, especially because you’re applying ED.

While your GPA isn’t phenomenal, you have strong ECs that make up for it, at least in my opinion.

Thank you Slicekick! I hope UPenn admissions will consider my ECs as strongly as you did :)

b.u.m.p…

You look well qualified for Penn, but your GPA is a tad low for them! I’m suprised you aree only seending 2 AP scores though! Good luck and I hope you get in! :)

Good ECs but Upenn is a reach for people with perfect gpas so id say high reach.
Chance back: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1233558-my-story-will-my-dream-schools-understand.html

Thank you all for your opinions! More chances would be greatly appreciated as well.

Additional comments / questions:
My GPA is a 4.5 weighted for this quarter, and I expect to close my senior year with something similar. My courses are just as rigorous as they have previously been, however I guess this increase is due to the fact that my classes interest me much more, and I also do have fewer obligations to worry about.
So will colleges notice this (specifically UPenn)? And will my GPA this year average into my overall GPA for scholarships (like the presidential scholarship at Rutgers)?
I have my interview this week and I am looking to bring this issue up some how.
Any tips for the interview?

Reach- at best, I predict a deferral, so have those other apps ready.
