<p>I sent my parents' 2013 tax forms w/ cover sheet and everything to the email that they specified, on Feb. 12th, but for some reason I never got an automated reply back from them? Normally when I send documents to them I get an automatic reply saying that they received it and will process it: "Thank you for submitting documents to SFS. This email confirms that we received your documents. Please allow five business days for us to process your information."</p>
<p>They posted on their website, I don't know how recently: "Note: we are currently receiving a high volume of financial aid documents from Penn applicants and are giving them priority. Please allow 10 business days for SFS to record receipt. We ask that applicants do not send duplicate forms which may cause delays. Thank you."</p>
<p>This time, I never got a reply, and still haven't. I don't want to resend my email because it might make things even worse. Has this happened to any of you and should I be concerned or anything?</p>
