UPenn has been a distant dream of mine forever, do I have a fighting chance?

Hey guys, so I'm a high school junior freaking out(majorly) about the college admissions process. Can any of you seasoned experts tell me if I have a fighting chance to be admitted into Wharton?

School: College Prep School

WUW GPA: 3.75

ACT: 32

SAT Subject: Unknown but expecting low 700's in US History and Math Level II

Junior Classes:
AP Lang and Comp
APUSH
AP Calc AB
AP Physics C
Journalism II Adv(highest level offered)
Chinese III Adv

Senior classes:
AP Lit
AP Econ(micro and macro)
AP Stats
Formal Logic and Multivariable Calculus)
Chinese IV ADV
AP Calculus C(offered for AB students looking to complete the gap between BC and AB)
Journalism II Adv

Exc:
Managing Editor on the 4th best high school newspaper in the country
Secretary of Toastmasters Club
Financial Officer of Robotics Club(Helped raise over 10,000 of funding)
Historian of FBLA
Founder of School's Film Club
Jazz Band
School Rock Band
Participated in two years of school one act production.
Interned in my Sophomore Year for a state senator
Worked as a golf caddy for 2 years

Hook: First generation college student whose parents immigrated as refugees.. Lower class, parental income under 30,000 dollars a year.

The fact that you’re low-income will definitely help you out. But just to be safe, I’d say UPenn is a high match/reach. Is there nothing you can do to improve your test scores?

I’m taking the SAT’s later in the month as well as retaking the ACT’s, but for the sake of an accurate analysis I’m guessing the scores will remain the same.

I’d say its a high reach
You definitely need high 700’s in the Math II test and I’m pretty sure they look for a 4.0, and a higher ACT score.

What would be a more reasonable school to strive towards if one is planning on majoring in economics/finance?
