Hi everyone!

I am planning to apply to Penn ED in a couple months. I feel that my application (GPA, scores, ECs) is generally strong/equivalent to the typical accepted student, with one exception, course rigor. 80% of my classes throughout high school have been the most rigorous available, but I've chosen "honors" rather than "accelerated" courses in a few cases where the subject was of no interest or relevance to me. (To be fair, the "honors" courses my school offers are fairly accessible, but I have no idea how specifically colleges realize this.)

My senior schedule will most likely include:

AP Stat

AP Physics

World Lit, supposedly taught at AP level (I already took and got 5s on the AP Language and AP Lit exams last year)

unofficially designated AP German class, will take AP exam in spring

a unique history class (we don't have AP history; my counselor said she will note that I have chosen the most rigorous history classes offered on my rec)

1 semester of "honors" Calc

1 semester of History TA

So basically my question is: assuming my application is otherwise fitting for Penn, will those courses be sufficient to seem like a qualified candidate, or could they potentially keep me out?

Also, if I were to switch AP Physics for "Accelerated" Physics, would that be likely to make a big difference?

Thanks so much!
