I’m just waiting for my rejection. I’ve got a 33 ACT, 3.53 GPA and a couple of ECs, but nothing too outstanding. I’ll just hope.

If you didnt apply for financial aid, does that admissions= true thing still apply, bc I couldnt find that anywhere

At this point, I don’t even care if I get hardcore rejected. I just want to stop worrying about it.
God I’m so nervous. My ACT score wasn’t very good but I’m hoping that my race, desired major and a little push from athletics will be enough to scrape me in by my eyelashes.
DD WL@Berkeley, U Chicago, CMU, rejected by dream school Duke, NWU, JHU with ACT 35, UWGPA 3.90, SAT I 2200, SAT II 740, 10 AP and 4 college courses, math competitions and good EC…all hopes vanished…I don’t get what does it take to get into a “most selective” school. Wished she only applied to a couple matches and a safety( which she has secured), to avoid the heartache and disappointment.
@captusica Nobody can predict what one needs to get into a particular college. College admissions are getting really competitive and random each year. I’m sure that your daughter will end up in a place where she’ll be very happy (maybe even one of the ivies!). Don’t lose hope.
What are you guys doing to pass the time? (I’m watching Race for the White House because I’m history trash >:D< )

In all seriousness, there is just about 11 hours left. I really hope you all get in, but if you don’t it will be fine. You all obviously have high ambition and lots of guts, just because you were even willing to simply apply to UPenn. No matter where you guys go, you will surely excel. Don’t let the decision make you forget who you are. Good luck everyone!
Go to sleep people! (Like @soph1112 :)) ) There’s no point in staying awake right now. 
Trust me, where I live, it would be 4:30 am in the morning when the decisions come out. And although I would be really stressed out and might only fall asleep at around 2 am, I think it would be best to sleep till 8 am for me! :))
Basically, all I want to say is, that there is no point in worrying right now, and we should not lose our sleep to stress. Relax, and hope for the best.

For some reason I’m actually really excited for the few hours before the decisions come out - if it was anything like it was for ED everyone will just start freaking out together. I don’t know. It’s kinda cute. :))
