can you get rejected from Wharton undergrad but accepted to U Penn?

I have a quick question for anyone who got accepted.
Did you get a mail with a personalized letter or any souvenirs?
Because I got two envelopes, one from the admission office containing general information and one from CAS also containing general information. I was a little disappointed as I expected them to send at least a personalized letter or any small thing, but someone recommended me to ask in case they sent but mine was lost in the mail.
Was this the case for everyone ?

ohh really? I still haven’t received my acceptance package!! lol, must have been lost in the mail.

haha so how did you end up finding it, did you contact the admissions office or something?
ok this is getting ridiculous, one of my friends received his pennkey 3 days ago and I still don’t have mine, so I’m wondering if it is because of his school (Wharton) Have any SEAS students received theirs yet? Thanks
@SduudS, Have you attended Quaker Days? My S got T-shirts and some small souvenirs during Quaker Days.
