Upenn saast

How difficult is it to get into UPENN SAAST?

How difficult would it be for me? I am a sophmore, currently taking AP Bio, AP Calc BC, AP World History, and LA 1 semester and Java Programming next semester. I have had all A's(and high A's like 96+). I am ranked somewhere in top 15 in my class. I took the SAT II Math summer after freshmen year and got an 800.

Can you guys reply please?

Bump Again

Sorry this doesnt answer your question (will be a rising sophomore in highscool) but could you tell me which are the questions we’re supposed to answer… Im foregin (not that this is any excuse) amd im sort of lost, any help would be cool (:

you seem to have good grades anyway, you sat should help your application but i heard with good grades it wasnt all that difficult, what should i know anyway

Which are you applying to anyways?
*sorry if i made/will make some grammar mistakes

Easy for you.

Sorry if it was difficult to understand, but the question at the start of the bigger text needed to be answered. Thank you for your answers guys. I am definitely going to apply to UPENN SAAST. How much does PSAT score effect decision? I took the PSAT but screwed up my writing section terribly.

I don’t think UPenn publishes stats on acceptance rates so it’s hard for anyone to answer your question.

It may depend which course you’re interested in, I imagine some attract more interest than others. It’s possible that being female may help since they say they have about 40% female students but presumably far fewer apply…as is the case with many engineering-type programs. But that’s just me speculating.

You should be accepted.
When I inquired about the program, I was told it is less selective than the undergrad program.

Quite reassuring. Thank you! Do you remember what they ask for on the online application?

does anyone know how this program ranks compared to other popular summer programs?
