<p>All right, so I was looking at the print preview of my application, and beneath the essay prompts, it says:
Attach your essay to the last page on a separate sheet(s) (same size please). You must put your full name, date of birth, and name of secondary school on each sheet.</p>
<p>However, on the commonapp itself (where you go to upload the essay, I mean), it makes no reference of doing this. Should I put in a header and add the information, or can I skip it?</p>
