UR not appearing on IDOC list

According to it's website,
UR participate's in Collegeboard's IDOC
<a href="https://enrollment.rochester.edu/financial/undergrads/apply.shtm">https://enrollment.rochester.edu/financial/undergrads/apply.shtm</a></p>

But on my IDOC page, it is not appearing as one of the colleges that require it.

So do I send in my tax forms directly(since it's not on my IDOC list) or do just wait for an email saying they want extra tax info from me?.

I’m having the same problem. I’m going to shoot an e-mail to their finaid committee. Find your counselor on http://enrollment.rochester.edu:3000/financial-aid/contact/</a></p>

Got a reply.

Next week, UR will start the process of identifying which students need to complete the IDOC process. You’ll receive an e-mail letting you know if you need to complete IDOC (not all students do). If you need to complete it for another school, go ahead and complete the process, since College Board will automatically notify us if we later select you as needing IDOC for UR.

Thanks Saintsfan.
Appreciated it.

@saintsfan1512 Hello! I applied for priority review but didn’t get a reply yet. I completed my CSS profile 12/13 and I got an IDOC requirement from UofR. Does that mean I got in? Or what should I do?

@Mmorkous96 I’m not entirely sure, but I believe finaid offices begin looking at your family’s financial situation before they send out acceptances so in the case you do get in, they can send an offer within a few weeks of you receiving your acceptance letter. I think a few people had the same concern as you on the UR Priority Review thread.

I believe they are only requesting IDOC from accepted students, but I have no basis other than I suspect they have to pay and there is no reason to pay for it from students who won’t be attending. Vandy does this, according to their website, but did not see that on U Roc site. Son did not have U Roch on his IDOC and now he does, but no acceptance yet.

@daddio3 I’m saying the same thing. This is what it says according to UofR’s website:
“We participate in the College Board’s IDOC service. Applicants who are required to submit their 2013 tax information as part of their aid application will be contacted via email by the College Board with instructions and deadline information. If you are unable to submit your 2013 tax information to IDOC by the priority deadline of 12:00 am EST, March 1, be sure to submit your CSS PROFILE and FAFSA by the deadlines using estimates and send copies of your 2012 federal tax returns directly to the Financial Aid Office. Be aware that you will need to submit your 2013 tax information to IDOC as soon as you are able. If you have questions regarding the IDOC process, email your counselor or visit the IDOC’s Frequently Asked Questions section on the College Board’s website.”

They’re not hinting anything…

But then this is what is says on the college board website…
“During IDOC processing, when a student submits a PROFILE with an IDOC college selected, he or she is immediately notified about the IDOC requirement for each participating college and an IDOC record is created. As a result, we cannot accept a “No Send” file once processing has begun.”
So it’s for every college?

You upload the documentation to IDOC to make it available to every college that participates in IDOC on your list. If you go to your CSS, it lists all your colleges participating in IDOC. The column furthest to the right has Additional Requirements. The H (on the 2014 form) means the college participates in IDOC, and Rochester shows up as participating in IDOC. Also, the CSS web site lists all the participants and which participate in IDOC.
