Urgent app help // I'm an idiot.

I have 6 more hours until my Babson application is due. When I login to portal, this is what it says I have submitted:

1st Term Grades No
Application Received 12/19/12
Application Fee No
Counselor Recommendation No
High School Transcript No
Mid-Year Grades - When Available No
Recommendation Letter No
SAT or ACT Scores Received 12/21/12
Supplemental Form No
Last Updated 12/21/12 at 02:59 PM

It should only show that my application fee and supplement haven't been submitted. It hasn't updated in ten days, and all of my other colleges HAVE received transcripts, recs, etc, so I know that they have been sent a long time ago.

Should I just assume they got everything and finish my application? I don't want to drop $75 if my application is going to be incomplete. I should have emailed Babson a long time ago but I was stupid and just put it off.
Thanks!!

While I know nothing about Babson, I know that the ad com at another school specifically stated that 1) the other things could be a few days late and 2) that they received so many right near the deadline that they might be a few days behind in updating when things were complete.

So if Babson is one you really want, I would say send in what you can and check with your school and guidance office tomorrow to make sure they sent the rest.

The last line is important, I am guessing/hoping that is the last time someone actually went in and "checked off’ that they had received something. But, it is a little worrisome because that is also the day they received your scores, maybe your other stuff went astray? Regardless, I think they have enough other stuff (your application and scores, specifically) that the rest can come in a few days. If Babson is anywhere near the top of any of your lists, I would pay the application fee and follow up on the other stuff ASAP.
I highly doubt any college will ding you if you don’t have first semester senior grades yet, that would be crazy. Just as a question, what is the difference between first term and mid-term grades? Are you on a trimester system in high school or is that just a category for them?

I will have applied to 7 schools, so if for whatever reason my application isn’t complete, I won’t be devastated. I will go ahead and finish my app up then.

I am on a semester schedule. “First term” means your first semester grades and “mid-term” grades are from halfway through your first semester. This is basically to show your fluctuation through senior year. It helps me because I had 3 B’s at the midterm point that I got up to A’s by the end of the semester, showing that I actually improved.

Got it re mid v. first. I don’t know why mid-term grades would matter, they are not final, so patooty on them. Very sincere congratulations to you on bringing them up, though, three Bs up to As is a lot of work and shows character! Good luck!

I know… it seems a little silly! But thanks :)
