Urgent- Can I still get into Georgetown?!

Hey CC,

I'm super nervous at the moment. I applied to SFS and have my three SAT II scores:

Math 2 -750
US - 730 [taking it as a class this year, but took the exam back in december]
Lit - 660

Is the 660 horrendous?

If you need other stats and stuff, I can post them.

thanks!!!

Bump!!! Any thoughts are welcome!

The Lit curve is known for being intense; I’d worry about the Math II score, since the exam has a very generous curve for an 800.

The SAT IIs aren’t that big of a deal, though.

You’ll be OK. Breathe.

No single university out there will base their decision heavily on SAT IIs. While SFS is pretty competitive, I wouldn’t worry about these scores, they are not bad. They won’t really care, especially b/c you sent in a math 2 score and didn’t send in a math1 as a second one (instead of the lit)-they may appreciate this.

I was accepted early and my subject tests were 720 (math2) 700 (lit)and 640 (chem), so you still have a chance for sure. The rest of my application was really strong though, but the SAT2s definetly wont kill you

I had a 570 on my French Subject Test (lol) and was accepted to the FLL. I suppose they really do look at more than scores.

I got 640 on my Lit, you’ll be fine
