Urgent: Can someone please guide me to Harvard College's financial aid status?

Hello....

I have been trying for a long time now, and I still cannot find my financial aid status.

I got the acceptance letter as an e-mail but nothing about my financial aid award.

So did anyone find it? Can you tell me where I can find it?

Thank you.

Harvard mailed acceptance packets this afternoon. If you, and your parents, filed the FAFSA, CSS Profile, and submitted your tax returns through the IDOC system by the deadline, your packet will contain a financial aid letter and details about your aid. As far as I know, there isn’t an electronic version of accepted student’s financial aid letter’s available. You have to wait for the acceptance packet, which should arrive by Friday, Saturday or Monday.

What happens if my parents were a little late with their financial information? Will we get that in a separate mailing?

Can someone please tell me where it is?

After Harvard receives all the required Financial Aid information from your family, they will mail you your financial aid award. After you receive your acceptance packet, you should call The FA Office and see what forms, if any, they are missing.

Thank you very much Gibby for the information.

But are you 100% positive that financial aid awards are not shown online?

It is just a little abnormal…as every school shows its award online now.

Financial aid information is on-line for current students through the “My Harvard” portal, but you need a Harvard ID# to access it. Unless Harvard changed the way they do things in the last 3 years, information for newly accepted students is not available on-line.

I will just wait for the letter. Thank you everybody.
