Urgent -- Chem II help

I'm almost finished with my high school course in Chemistry, and it's aimed at prepping for the Regents and nothing else. We haven't learned about any of the extra stuff that will be on the SAT II, so I bought the Barron's Chem II book. I'm wondering what EXACTLY I need to study -- there's way too much stuff for me to memorize and understand in the next month and a half of studying. I want the most painless method of studying, but I also want to maximize my score. I took the first practice test on SparkNotes and got ~550 (keep in mind I haven't finished my school curriculum yet, but it will be finished by/around when I take the test), and I'd like to get as high a score as possible. Please advise.

I would say take the Barron’s diagnostic test and see how you do. Then fill out the chart thing on page 32 if you have the 10th edition. That will be a pretty good indicator of what you need to study. But what I’m guessing is that you’ll probably be missing knowledge in all topics because the SAT II is more like AP than Regents. If the chart doesn’t help you I would focus my studying mainly on Stoichiometry and Chemical Bonding, which are chapters 5 and 6, and 3 and 4.

The Barrons book should prepare you nicely for it, some of the information goes too far in depth (paramagnetism, sigma/Pi bonding) but the rest of the information is pretty much everything you need to know for the subject test.

lmao good luck bro!
