I received 8 ECO fee waivers, but unfortunately I left them at home when I went out of town, along with the packet with the list of schools that accept them. I need to submit my apps very soon, but I need to know which of the schools I am applying to accept the waivers. Would any of you who received these waivers and have the list of colleges that accept them be so kind as to tell me if the following schools accept them?

Columbia University
Princeton University
Swarthmore College
University of Pittsburgh
University of Pennsylvania
Washington University in St. Louis

“We also accept ECO (Expanding College Opportunities) fee waiver forms. Students who submit their admission application in paper form should include the ECO fee waiver with their application materials. Students who submit their application online via the Common Application site should choose “Other Fee Waiver” as their payment option and then mail in the waiver to the Princeton Admission Office.”

You can just google eco fee waiver and the name of each of these colleges and the relevant information would come up.

thanks, but I tried doing that and Princeton is the only school that explicitly states that they accept it. I also remember that Pitt accepts it, but I’m not sure about the other schools and there is really nowhere online that says if they accept or not.

Wow, you’re right. There’s no information anywhere. All that I can think of is to call each specific college to see if they accept the fee waiver…

For Penn, maybe you can use this form instead?
