<p>OK so I already mailed the paper Application Fee Waiver ( <a href="http://www.admissions.upenn.edu/forms/PennAppFeeWaiver.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.admissions.upenn.edu/forms/PennAppFeeWaiver.pdf</a> ) to Penn almost 2 weeks ago, however I have not received any response on whether they accepted the fee waiver or not.
I was planning to call today but the admissions office is closed until January 2. Which is surprisingly the day after the regular admission deadline....

Although, I already submitted my common app to them will I have to change the payment option and pay for it myself or what</p>

<p>I used a fee waiver, and they sent me an email saying that they were going to waive the application fee. My guess is that the admissions office is trying to sift through everything right now…maybe they just haven’t gotten to it? either way, I wouldn’t really worry about it until to hear from the admissions office. :)</p>
<p>Maybe but the problem is that the regular application deadline is January 1 so I don’t have time to wait for a response. However, I sent it to them like 3 or 4 weeks so I don’t know…</p>
