<p>Anson225, I'm almost positive it will be fine if you send it on monday. I'm basically in the same situation, my financial cert and school transcript have not yet been received although both of those were als sent way before 1/1. </p>
<p>I'm pretty sure as long as your actual APPLICATION was sent in by 1/1 it's ok, and then you just get in the other forms ASAP because they can't actually consider your application until all of those things are in but you won't be penalized.
Especially if you send it in on Monday, their offices have been closed for a while over the holidays anyways so they haven't even gone through a ton of people's forms et so it should be perfectly fine!</p>

<p>i have a question. did they state when the international student certification thingy should be sent in? i don't remember one.</p>
<p>i specifically emailed BU, asking if this form is required by the RD deadline. They told me it is FINE if it is past the application deadline, because it is not used for admissions. They didn't specify when it was required by, but I would personally recommend trying to get it in sometime in January if you can.</p>
