Urgent help - issue entering grades into UC app

<p>I'm having a number of problems right now with entering grades into the commonapp. My school runs on a trimester system, and for grade 12 I received 3 report cards. However, in 9th and 10th grade I only received two reports cards, but the courses lasted the entire year. The UC app requires that I enter grades for each of the three trimesters, but if I only have two grades to give for each subject how do I go about doing this? I want to indicate on the report that I took the courses throughout the year.</p>

<p>Also for one class (music and guitar) I only received a grade at the end of the year.</p>

<p>you may want to enter some of the webinars or maybe email the admission office. they are very strict about grades, which means if they think you somehow altered them in your application, you will be thrown out.</p>

<p>Ah I figured it out. When I add my school, I can tick all three boxes for “Full”, “Semester” and “Trimester” and am then allowed to select which format each course follows.</p>
