I wish to go to medical school.
Should I apply to mathematics or biology?
*As my ECs and scores show, I love mathematics. But as for my future occupation, I wish to become a doctor. What should I do! Should I write in the essay that I want to study mathematics but want to become a doctor? I want to become a doctor because I'm planning to spend most of my life in Africa to cure people and spread gospel (my family members and relatives are all devout Christians) just like my idol, Dr. Noguchi, did. Please give me an advice! Thank You! (Oh, I'm applying to CAS, which is a hugh reach for me currently b/c of my low SAT score..... but I will raise it up for sure!) THANK YOU!! Oh, and do you think I have any chance if I get over 2200+ in SAT?
Do you think, in your opinion, I will stand a better chance getting in if i choose math major? Thank you!

you don't need a degree in biology to go to med school. It's good to be in biology because you are 'exposed' to more related material.. but that's about it.

To go into med school you need to take a few classes in biology and chemistry, and take the MCAT test. As long as your initiatives are strong... they will admit you no matter what your major is.

If you like mathematics, I suggest you persue it.

Your undergrad GPA/MCAT..etc matters much more than what your major is (if that matters at all) for med school admission.

As for college admission, I doubt NU cares what box you check for your tentative major. In the unlikely event that they do, I'd think picking math is better than bio since math is a lot less popular. By the time you are asked to declare your major, you don't have to stick with whatever you put on your application.

By the way, getting 800 on Korean is like me getting 800 on Chinese. :p But taking 3 SAT IIs isn't mandatory if I am not mistaken, so I guess that's fine. I just don't think an 800 on Korean would impress them all that much.

Is it easy to transfer from Weinberg to McCormick?

yeah it is pretty easy
