And it even looks like that transfer scholarship is automatic, based on GPA. That’s a good deal. Brins tuition down to $17,000. Wow, that is a steal. XULA also has a graduate school of pharmacy. Neuropharmacology would be a super interesting field…

tsbna44, that link to Xavier’s 92% acceptance rate is to the wrong Xavier, actually. The one of interest (XULA) is in New Orleans, not Ohio.

I think the OP means it is hard for her to be a “non science major pre med.” This thread is about her, not necessarily every other pre med student over the past 100 years. She’s speaking from a very personal place in this thread seeking help.

EDIT: Nevermind. I posted this before I read the later communication between you and OP. :grinning:

Deleted.

Based on a lot of what you have posted, you may want to look into Stony Brook, especially with respect to its biological sciences programs.

Courses in neuroscience-related topics such as sensation and perception, cellular neurobiology and artificial intelligence logically will be offered through different departments (typically psychology, biology and computer science, respectively). This simply reflects the interdisciplinary nature of neuroscience.

The foundations for the study of neuroscience appear in chemistry, biology, psychology and statistics courses and labs. Selections from physics, general mathematics, or philosophy courses also would be advisable.

Colleges that offer a defined neuroscience major will offer some integrative courses. These commonly include neuroscience in their title.
