can i submit my SIR for UCLA right now and call cal tomorrow?</p>

<p>best thing to do is submit SIR for both. you're allowed to say you're not going to a particular college if you do so before school starts. you get charged around $300 though, but IMO, it's definiteyl worth it</p>
