hi, i'm applying to johns hopkins this year but i was completely idiotic and had no idea international students had to submit an additional certificate of finance. i just got this email

Thank you for applying to Johns Hopkins University. The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is in the process of checking applicant files for completeness, and we found that the following materials are missing from your record:

International Student Certification of Finances
International Student Bank Verification

Please follow the directions below for each missing item. All missing items should be submitted to us by fax at (410) 516-6025 by Friday, February 10. Forms necessary to complete your application can be downloaded at Johns Hopkins University Office of Undergraduate Admissions - Apply - Application. If you do not plan to complete your application, please inform us in writing as soon as possible.

and i'm about to fill it out and send it right now :(

i have two questions:

how badly would this jeopardize the reading of my application? would i be considered not a serious applicant since i didn't manage to get all the materials in on time? (i submitted the common app / sat scores / toefl scores etc. all before the deadline, it's just this :( )

it says i need a signature of a bank official and a stamp but because of complicated reasons it would take a while to explain (geography etc.) i can only get an official bank statement for now. i can only get the signature by this upcoming thursday. would this be enough? or should i just send that along with the ISCOF and write a brief letter explaining i will send the signature later?

please help :(
