Urgent! Need help with Resume

Hey, I have a college interview on Sunday, and the interviewer told me to bring a resume and a decription of any interesting things I do in my spare time that will tell him about myself. I'm not really sure how to do a resume, but he specifically told me not to mention anything about SATs, GPA, ranking, etc. He basically wants to find other things about me that can be useful to the admissions office that I don't have a place for in application. Can anyone give me the basic format of doing such a resume?

Put your name at the top, and immediately under that, write "Applicant to [name of school].

Under that, pick a few categories of things (Favorite Books, Favorite Things to Do on a Summer Day, What I Like Best About ...), and write a short paragraph, or a short list. Assume the interviewer is looking for a way to get the conversation going, and to learn something of who you are in the short time set aside for the interview.

Thanks, I think I started something to that effect.
