URGENT: NEU vs Clark

I am really conflicted here and I only have a few days to choose!!! Please help!! Northeastern has been my top choice for a while and I can definitely imagine myself going there. The problem is, I was put in the NUin program which means the fall semester will be abroad in Greece and the tuition for fall is not eligible for FAFSA aid. In short, the first year of NEU will be quite expensive. About 40k. I absolutely want to go to NU but I seriously don't have the money for it and am afraid that student loans will add up and it won't be worth it.

Recently, however, I received my letter from Clark University which will be 11k. Obviously this is a much better deal. It's still a good chunk of money, but for me this is comparable to a state school.

I don't dislike Clark, but I'm afraid that I won't be able to really network and build connections there. I know they have a great International Development program which is something I'm interested in.

I'm also seriously considering a career in Computer Science. I know that NU has a great CS department but I'm not sure that Clark does.

Basically what I am asking is, is the extra 30k for freshman year at Northeastern worth it? Will I really get my money's worth at that school? Or am I better off saving a few bucks at Clark even if the program might not be up to par?

Please be completely honest with me. I know I am leaning toward NU because of my desire to go there, but I want to make sure I don't make a giant mistake here.
