URGENT! Please Help: GPA Issue

I already submitted my CSU applications, but I realized I accidentally counted my PE course when I entered the self-reported GPA. I entered my GPA as 3.54 but when I take out the PE course, it becomes 3.5. I didn’t include this class in the courses list, so will they calculate my true GPA based on the classes I entered, or the GPA I have provided?

Is it necessary for me to contact the colleges to make the change?

Thanks

Some CSUs that I know like Cal Poly, will recalculate the GPA. However I think its best to contact all the schools admissions office(s) even though .04 gpa difference isn’t that big. If you don’t contact them, they’ll know you made a mistake but it would make things easier for them if you pointed it out first.

Go to your CSU mentor account and look at your “Online Applications Already Submitted” section. On the two paragraphs, click the underlined and bolded “admissions office.” This should take you to the “CSU Student Outreach” page. All of the contact options should be laid out for each CSU campus.

Thanks for the info!
